As a Level 3 qualified Advanced Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, with many years experience of teaching and coaching fitness and martial arts, I am well qualified to help you achieve your goals.  Based at Unit One Combat Sports and Fitness I have access to the best facilities in a modern comfortable facility.

 

During your consultation I will establish your goals and targets and discuss your exercise likes and dislikes to ensure the programme I design for you is both effective and enjoyable!

As a professional Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) coach I can offer 1 to 1 or small group tuition, or include Muay Thai pad work in your Personal Training sessions! This provides a fantastic CV workout that is both fun and a highly effective calorie burner! You can train for fun, fitness or even aim for a competitive fight!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nutritional Analysis

Are you getting the balance right? There’s a lot of myths surrounding diets and nutritional do’s and don’ts. If you want a plan that really is going to work AND remain sustainable, I can  offer a full nutritional assessment and work with you to devise a plan of action.

 

Programme Design

You don’t have to purchase a Personal Training package to take advantage of a Personalised plan. For a one off fee I can give you a 12 week plan designed to help you reach your goals, with email support provided throughout. If required, this service can even be provided completely via email.

 

Fitness Assessment

I can offer an array of fitness tests to gauge your current levels of fitness and help motivate you. If you like you can book 3 assessments, at 4 week intervals to give you a real incentive to train. Combine with a Personalised Programme as an alternative to Personal Training if on a tighter budget.
